Established in Chicago in 1996, IGATM and Catalyst Global is a proven leader in Sales and Services development programs with world class equipment manufacturers spanning 55 countries. We provide fully customised Sales and Service development programs with face-to-face or Zoom/WebEx training based on the principle of training in the region, for the region.
At Catalyst we create exclusive, personalised programs from initial contact, to collaborative planning meetings, program execution and subsequent follow-up. Our courses are like no other - we immerse ourselves in our client's business in order to provide the most culturally and currently relevant, highly motivational workshops that produce results. We speak 6 languages, but more importantly we speak the language and opportunities of our clients.

Tony Kenney
CEO and Senior Consultant
Tony started the business as IGATM in 1996 in Chicago. After living and working in Australia, Germany, Turkey, South Africa and the United States for the MAN Group, he founded the company to create Global Sales and Services Development programs for large European based equipment manufacturers. Over the next 20 years, Tony expanded the programs span across 55 countries.
Combining a strong technical knowledge, an original and inspirational sales approach, and strong marketing background, Tony brings a truly unique blend of global experience and innovation to Catalyst Global.


Jonathan Clark
Partner
Jonathan is one of our senior professionals, with an eye for what makes a business succeed. With 40 years in the machinery business, he has been everything from an Electrical Apprentice, through Field Technician, Application Engineer, Project Manager and Regional Sales Manager to Country Managing Director, working on both the supplier and customer side of the fence. Jonathan is experienced across Europe, the Asia-Pacific and the Americas, and is ready to lead you on the path to success. He is fluent in English and German, delivering programs in both languages.
George Fischer
Partner
George has been involved in complex, capital-intensive industries for over 30 years, and specializes in intricate situations that place a premium on strategy and execution. He has worked in the USA, England, Germany, and South Africa as CEO, CFO, Regional GM, Director of Sales and Service, as well as a senior advisor to companies undergoing financial and operational restructuring. He holds a BA from Wabash College and an MBA from INSEAD.


Claude Stalder
Partner
After finishing his studies in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Energy and Chemical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur (ZHAW), Claude held roles as R&D engineer, Application Enginner and Project Manager in the Oil and Gas (MAN Turbo, now MAN Energy Solutions) and in the Automotive Industry (Bühler Die Casting) where he was involved in global development projects and filed several patents in both industries. In parallel, he has completed his studies in integrated Risk Management (MAS IRM) at ZHAW. From 2015 he lived and worked in China, Germany and the southern part of Switzerland in various roles ranging from Product manager, Business Unit Head, Service Director including Member of the Management team Business Area and CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of a Start-up.
Adair Zanatto

Catalyst Global was pleased to welcome Adair to the team in 2019. Adair was a beneficiary of Catalyst programs during his international career. An industrious, results-oriented trainer, Adair is also a passionate linguist, specialising in Spanish, Portuguese and English training, especially in our Latin America, Africa and Iberia programs.


Christian Cerfontaine

Christian led marketing efforts in machine sales and services of MAN-group printing division from 1990 until 2013 managing Benelux, France and North America markets. He piloted the various regions and cultures using creative and flexible solutions. After 2013 Christian led the Benelux branch of an international marketing execution production agency for 5 years before becoming a self-employed marketing and communication consultant. A motivated, goal driven professional, Christian specialises in French, Dutch and English training. Catalyst Global is pleased to welcome him to the team.

Andreas Hackl

Andreas has worked across Europe, the Americas and Asia as a product manager, sales director, international key account manager and business unit manager. His proficiency in these areas have given him a keen perspective into the challenges of mechanical engineering. As a consultant and trainer, Andrea’s motto for sustainable success is that training must be informative, fun and most importantly, deliver relevant content that can be applied the next day and for years ahead. Andreas is able to share his experience in authentic and practical ways so that participants can expect a relaxed, productive atmosphere concluding with tangible results.
Kim Singleton
Business Psychologist
Kim has over three decades’ experience as a consultant, organisational psychologist and coach assisting organisations, teams and individuals to be more effective, capable and confident. He has a deep understanding of the factors that underpin a productive, constructive workplace, engagement with customers and colleagues, and alignment of effort with goals. Embedding planned, sustained change is a key area of expertise.
He has worked across multiple industries and at all levels of organisations, from C-suite to the frontline, and everywhere in between. Kim has a deep understanding of organisational culture and change, leadership and interpersonal dynamics, which underpin all aspects of his work. He is a skilled facilitator, program designer, coach and session leader.
